Who it's for

Six roles, one shared picture.

Everybody sees the part of the picture their job actually requires.

SEND Lead / SENCO

Owns child support profiles, approves readiness, resolves concerns and watches setting-wide readiness. Sees everything within their own setting.

Teacher / Supervisor

Approves readiness for the children they are responsible for, reviews evidence and gives post-assignment feedback.

Temporary / agency worker

Sees only their own assignments, and within each one only the fields their role requires: communication, triggers, sensory needs and practical strategies.

Permanent support worker

Everything a temporary worker sees, plus behaviour history, strategy history and prior observations for the children they support.

School administrator

Manages accounts, placements and setting readiness content for one setting, and reviews that setting's audit trail.

Platform administrator

Works across organisations: creating and suspending settings, maintaining the shared readiness rule library and need taxonomy, and reviewing cross-setting audit and system statistics.
