About

Built around the five minutes before a shift.

SENReady exists because the gap between a good plan and a good day is almost always a handover.

The decision path is deterministic

Readiness requirements come from rules, not from a model. Every requirement can be traced to the field that caused it. AI is used only for optional drafting help, always labelled and always reviewable.

Preparation is specific, or it is decoration

Generic training does not tell an adult that this child signs, or that this child cannot be rushed. SENReady only asks for what this child's recorded needs actually require.

Access follows need, at field level

The answer to 'who should see this?' is rarely a whole record. Visibility is scoped by role and by the state of the assignment.

We stay inside our authority

SENReady surfaces the school's own recorded information and who to contact. It does not authorise clinical actions, replace safeguarding case management or make decisions about a child.
